The Florence Endocrine Clinic is a full service Outpatient Endocrine clinic located in Florence, Alabama. We are the only office in North Alabama to have certified, on-staff trainers for all brands of insulin pump including Medtronic Minimed, Omnipod by Insulet, tSlim X2 and Mobi by Tandem, and iLet by Beta Bionics.

Technology

Dr. Jackson and the providers at the Florence Endocrine Clinic strongly encourage the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) in all patients on insulin, especially those patients who have Type 1 diabetes. In addition, the Clinic encourages the use of insulin pumps in insulin dependent patients. At the Florence Endocrine Clinic, access to insulin pumps and CGMs is considered to be standard of care rather than a privilege for patients that have “proven” themselves worthy of the privilege.

No-Show Policy:

The Florence Endocrine Clinic does maintain a no-show policy. While we understand that emergencies illness and accidents do happen we do appreciate the courtesy of a cancellation call text email or portal message. Patients who fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment beforehand may be assessed a $50 no-show fee. Repeat no-show appointments are grounds for patient termination.
